In module three, the focus switches to risk control and the prevention of food contamination.

The last module reveals the dangers of pests: the diseases they carry, the environments in which they thrive, and how best to ensure they remain firmly deterred from coming onto your premises.

How long will it take to complete this course and how will I be assessed?
The training programme takes just 75 minutes to complete, so it can easily be done without the need for extensive preparation and ongoing study.
It is 100% online, allowing students to study either at work or from the comfort of their own home.
At the end of each of the four course modules, students face a multiple choice test.
They must score at least 75% in all four tests in order to obtain their certificate of achievement.
