Developing Teamwork: what is covered?

This developing teamwork course explains in detail what team working is and covers some of the basic principles for putting together a group of people who will work well together. It then goes on to cover conflict within teams, explaining some of the reasons conflict occurs and some strategies for managing it.

It finishes off by exploring some of the different styles of management behaviour and how to develop a resilient team.

How long will it take to complete this course and how will I be assessed?

This 100% online developing teamwork course can be completed anywhere.

All you need is an internet-enabled device (computer, laptop, tablet, smartphone) and an internet connection.

Most students complete this course in just 30 minutes.

At the end of each module, students face a multiple choice test.

You must score at least 70% in all four multiple choice tests in order to pass the course and receive your certificate of achievement.
